As we move through the Summer period work continues unabated at Trinity. Although congregations shrink slightly as people take well earned holidays we also welcome visitors as they join us for our services both at Trinity and at our sister church at Corton. We also have welcomed new worshippers and also said goodbye to some as they move to be closer to family.
During the holiday period we are taking the opportunity to resurface the car park. It has been a deep concern for us for many years, both from a flooding point of view- when we get heavy rain – and a safety aspect – the pot holes could be a possible hazard to people both using the surgery and the pharmacy as well as our Church and Community Cafe. Hopefully it will be complete before the new school term.
As we look forward we are staring to think about our Harvest Festival and Autumnal services – gulp! Time flies. And before too long planning will start on our Christmas events.
